A program begun by JoAn Dwyer, a United Methodist from Texas who has chosen to live full time in Guatemala to help with social, health and cultural issues in the area of Lake Atitlan.

This has been accomplished over the years by the building of Medical and Dental Clinics, homes for women widowed during times of violence,  building of rural schools, classrooms and community centers, and the rebuilding of homes lost during torrential rains and landslides over the past few years.
